An online presentation of the NATO Internship Programme for Montenegrin students and young professionals was held today, organized by NATO with the support of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro and YATA Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event provided an excellent opportunity for young people from Montenegro to learn first-hand about internship opportunities within the Alliance, the application process, and the career paths NATO offers. Through discussions with a Talent Champion, Montenegrin interns currently working at NATO, and members of the HR team, participants gained valuable insights into the programme itself, the application process, and career opportunities within the Alliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NATO Internship Programme is a 6-month professional internship designed for students and recent graduates who wish to gain experience working in an international environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme covers a wide range of fields, including political affairs, defence and security, innovation and technology, communications, human resources, finance, operations, as well as infrastructure and facilities management. Interns are involved in the daily activities of their teams and have the opportunity to work on concrete tasks within their areas of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the closing date of applications, be citizens of a NATO member country, have completed at least two years of university studies (with enrollment in the third year) or have graduated within the past year. Proficiency in one of NATO\u2019s two official languages \u2014 English or French \u2014 is required, while knowledge of the second language is considered an asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications must be submitted exclusively through NATO\u2019s e-recruitment system, and applications sent by email or post will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
