ARW – Challenges and Perspectives: Building Resilience in the Dynamic Environment of Critical Infrastructure

11-12.02.2025.
Hotel Hilton, Podgorica

The Atlantic Council of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Center for Risk Analysis and Crisis Management from Belgrade, is organizing an expert conference “Advanced Research Workshop (ARW) - Challenges and Perspectives: Building Resilience in the Dynamic Environment of Critical Infrastructure”.

The event will take place from February 11 to February 12, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica.

Critical infrastructure—comprising systems and assets essential to national security, public health, and economic stability—is increasingly vulnerable to a range of challenges, including cyber threats, climate change, and geopolitical tensions. Ensuring its resilience is vital for the stability of modern societies.

By addressing vulnerabilities, fostering innovation, and enhancing international cooperation, stakeholders can safeguard critical systems against both immediate disruptions and long-term risks. Conferences like this play a crucial role in driving such efforts by bringing together expertise and fostering dialogue to strengthen collective preparedness.

The first day will feature panel discussions with presentations from experts across various fields. The second day will be dedicated to interactive roundtable sessions, where participants will have the opportunity to share their insights and collaboratively develop recommendations for future action.

This activity was sponsored by the NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme under grant id. [G7742]
